Venue & Setup Needs
To create the best experience for your team, please plan for:
A stage or presentation area
Microphone (preferably cordless) and sound system
Screen/projector if available
Access to the venue at least 1–2 hours prior for setup

Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to secure your C.A.P.E. booking. Of the total payment, 50% is considered a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 50% is refundable until 30 days before the scheduled performance date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the performance are non-refundable.
If a performance needs to be rescheduled, C.A.P.S. will honor the amount already paid and apply it toward the rescheduled date, subject to availability.
If travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, rental vehicles, meals, or other non-refundable travel expenses, have already been booked, C.A.P.S. reserves the right to retain the amount needed to cover those expenses.
