C.A.P.S. stands for Celebrating All Persevering Students. Through music, storytelling, and an engaging live performance, C.A.P.S. encourages students to believe that their effort matters, their growth matters, and their perseverance is worth celebrating.
Inspired by growth mindset research, C.A.P.S. helps students understand the power of “yet,” resilience, and choosing to keep going even when something feels hard.
In-Person C.A.P.S. Performance
The C.A.P.S. Tour is a high-energy, student-focused performance designed to encourage, inspire, and celebrate perseverance.
Performance Length: 1 hour and 10 minutes
Audience: Elementary students (k-5)
Venue & Setup Needs
To help create the best experience for students, schools should be prepared to provide:
A stage or elevated area for visibility
A gym, auditorium, or large gathering space
Access to the venue at least 2 hours before the performance
Sound/tech support if available: Microphone and Speakers
Clear student seating with aisles if possible
A plan for students who cannot be photographed
If your school is unable to provide tech needs, please let us know in the form below.
Payment & Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required to secure your C.A.P.S. booking. Of the total payment, 50% is considered a non-refundable deposit.
The remaining 50% is refundable until 30 days before the scheduled performance date. Cancellations made within 30 days of the performance are non-refundable.
If a performance needs to be rescheduled, C.A.P.S. will honor the amount already paid and apply it toward the rescheduled date, subject to availability.
If travel arrangements, including flights, lodging, rental vehicles, meals, or other non-refundable travel expenses, have already been booked, C.A.P.S. reserves the right to retain the amount needed to cover those expenses.
